其实任何一个成型的组织都是需要这样，只奢望靠单纯每个人的热情来行动的，这只能是起始阶段。

一开始的更愿意投入的，就成就了第一批的管理阶层~</description>

Less Pain and more pleasure could make giving a long-lasting activity, and enjoyable. Indeed, giving without burden itself feels great.

Only by those few people that are willing to devote all they have in a life time won&#039;t make a big difference. Like an exceptional leader will create a positive working environment for his/ her people, we should always try to build a good, at least non-burden environment for those majority good people to give, and to contribute.

Well, I guess I gonna check out this book soon. One question, Amy, how is the translation of this book?</description>
